Community Engagement

Partnering with
communities

We’re on a mission to build and power the next-generation trades worker.

For those who always wanted a career working with their hands but didn’t know where to start, our apprentice program provides an entry to the trades that’s accessible to everyone — participants earn while they learn. Then, when they graduate, they join our team full-time, on a W2, and with continued training through our specialized crews.

We truly care about the communities we serve — they are where we find great people to join our team and where we help our partners deliver value to their customers.

We’re making a difference…

We have already established numerous relationships with local high schools, city governments, and community organizations to help folks learn about the satisfying and rewarding careers available to them in the trades.

As we grow, we intend to increase our network of schools, expand into new cities and towns, and engage in bigger projects with even greater impact.

...and we want to do more

We’re open to talking with anyone who believes in raising awareness of the trades in their community, whether that’s a specific school, a city or town, or an entire state.

The relationships that are most successful are those that are mutually beneficial. Forge can bring something good to your community through education about opportunities in the trades, and your community can help us find people who want to join our team and who are passionate about building and powering the next-generation trades worker.
Let’s do this together.

Reliable, well paying jobs are critical for refugee and newcomer families to build successful lives here and it is a win-win because having more workers enter the trades helps all of us. Companies like Forge who are willing to open doors to these kinds of opportunities help to strengthen our community. We look forward to continuing to work with Forge to support families and trades workers for years to come.
